Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our Westchester Territory training class. Design Consultants visit residential homes to present window and door replacement options and close deals in a single call.

This full-time, commission-based role offers uncapped commissions, paid training, a chance to earn top performer trips, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k). You must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Ability to lift and carry 40-60 lbs. of materials is required.
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad is required.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide all information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on window/door replacement projects.
• Close the sale in a strong one-call close with no project management or follow-up.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) – earn $150,000 to $300,000+ annually
• Paid training with continued coaching and mentorship
