Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows, focusing on replacement windows and doors for homeowners. We are seeking motivated sales professionals for a November 2026 training class in the San Francisco area.

Design Consultants visit residential homes, present options, and drive same-day decisions with a strong, uncapped commission structure. This full-time role includes paid training, mentorship, and the potential to earn $200k–$300k+ annually, with benefits such as

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 hours daily for appointments.
• Ability to lift and carry 40–60 lbs of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) – earn $200,000 to $300,000+ annually
