Renewal by Andersen - Tri-Cities is seeking motivated sales professionals for a full-time, commission-based role with paid training.

Design Consultants visit pre-scheduled home appointments, present our door and window replacement solutions, and close deals on the spot. No cold calling or project management. The position offers an uncapped commission structure, paid training, growth opportunities, and an insurance package along with employer RRSP contributions.

Qualifications

• Have a valid Driver’s License.
• Travel up to 3 hours for appointments daily.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This position does not require cold calling or project management - it is strictly a strong sales closing role.

• Full commission structure (uncapped) - average consultants earn $100k-$200k
• Paid training with continued coaching and mentorship
