Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a motivated Design Consultant for the Greater Cincinnati/Dayton area. You will visit pre-scheduled home appointments, present window/door solutions, and enable homeowners to decide on the same day.

This is a closing-focused sales role with no cold calling and structured training. Full commission structure, mentorship, travel within the region, and eligibility for an insurance package are included, with opportunities to earn above-market commissions based on

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Comfortable traveling up to 3 hours for appointments daily.
• Ability to lift and carry 40–60 lbs of materials.
• Capable of navigating iPad apps.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide all information homeowners need to make a same-day decision.
• Close sales; no cold calling or project management required.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and mentorship as part of paid training.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre‑scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same‑day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This position does not require cold calling or project management - it is strictly a strong sales closing role.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) - average consultants earn $150k-$200k
