Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Chattanooga is seeking motivated Design Consultants to perform in-home consultations and close on replacement window and door projects. This full-time, commission-based role includes paid training, mentorship, and opportunities to earn via uncapped commissions and annual top-performer trips.

Travel up to 3 hours daily, provide product information for homeowners, and follow a proven sales process to secure same-day decisions.

Qualifications

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This position does not require cold calling or project management - it is strictly a strong sales closing role.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) - average consultants earn $150k-$200k
