Renewal by Andersen Knoxville is seeking a Residential Sales Advisor (Design Consultant) to join our team. You will visit pre-scheduled appointments in homeowners’ homes and present window and door replacement options to help clients make same-day decisions.

This full-time, commission-based role offers uncapped commissions, paid training, and mentorship. Travel up to 3 hours for appointments is required, with strong closing skills and a customer-focused approach rewarded by a high earning

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This position does not require cold calling or project management - it is strictly a strong sales closing role.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) - average consultants earn $150k-$200k
• Paid training with continued coaching and mentorship

Qualifications

• Have a valid Driver’s License (required)
• Comfortable traveling up to 3 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required)
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required)
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required)
