Job summary

Renewal by Andersen in Northern Indiana is seeking a Design Consultant to visit homeowners, present custom window and door replacement options, and close sales on-site. You will work a strong commission-based model with paid training and mentorship.

You’ll join a trusted brand and a high-energy team, with travel opportunities within the territory, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, a 401(k), student loan assistance, and an annual sales trip.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments daily.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.

Responsibilities

• Visit pre-scheduled residential appointments and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide homeowners with information to make a same-day decision on window/door replacements.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026. Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) – earn $100,000 to $250,000+ annually
