Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is seeking motivated Design Consultants to join our next training class in November 2026. You will visit pre-scheduled residential appointments, present replacement options, and guide homeowners to a same-day decision.

This full-time, commission-based role offers uncapped earnings (avg $150k–$200k per year), paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision and life insurance, plus tuition assistance and student loan

Qualifications

• Have a valid Driver’s License (required).
• Comfortable traveling up to 3 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required).
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled home appointments and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide homeowners with information to make a same-day decision on window and door replacements.
• Close deals in a strong sales closing role; no cold calling or project management.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This position does not require cold calling or project management - it is strictly a strong sales closing role.

Full commission structure (uncapped) - average consultants earn $150k-$200k

Paid training with continued coaching and mentorship
