Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Residential Sales Advisor (Design Consultant) for the Tri-Cities area. This full-time, commission-based role involves visiting pre-scheduled home appointments to present window and door replacement options and close sales the same day.

Strong performers can earn $100k–$200k with uncapped commissions, plus paid training and mentorship. Travel up to 3 hours daily is required, with full insurance and tuition assistance offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to travel up to 3 hours for appointments daily
• Ability to lift and carry 40–60 lbs of sample materials
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process

Responsibilities

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This position does not require cold calling or project management - it is strictly a strong sales closing role.
