Waste Pro USA Inc. is hiring a Residential Route Supervisor in the Rockwell/Concord area to oversee daily residential service delivery, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-efficient operations. You will manage drivers, enforce safety, and optimize routes while maintaining Waste Pro's standards.

The role requires at least a high school diploma with 3–5 years in transportation or waste/logistics, and a CDL is preferred. A quarterly bonus program up to $3,500 per quarter is available.

Qualifikationen

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years in transportation, management, logistics or waste.
• Associate's degree or 2+ years in related fields with supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, ANSI and other regulations; valid CDL A or B or ability to obtain in 3 months.

Aufgaben

• Direct supervision of drivers and daily operations; monitor safety and driver performance.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead safety meetings and implement safe work practices with drivers.
• Route planning for service starts; schedule deliveries and manage labor costs.
• Respond to dispatch, communicate with customers, and address service issues.
• Conduct route observations; document safety issues and training needs with drivers.
• Monitor DOT hours, pre-trip inspections, and maintenance issues; coordinate with shop.
• Complete accident reports and manage workers' compensation or property damage claims.
• Train and orient new employees; conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Assist on routes as needed and maintain positive relations with staff and customers.
