Waste Pro is seeking a Residential Route Supervisor in Jacksonville, FL to supervise daily service delivery for residential customers, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-efficient operations in line with company practices and regulations. This role uses Positive Leadership to guide drivers and uphold core values.

You will oversee driver performance, route planning, safety, and communication with customers and city authorities, while coordinating with the shop and sales teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising drivers in field operations.
• Strong safety focus and leadership abilities.
• Ability to communicate with drivers, customers, and municipalities.

Responsabilités

• Directly supervise drivers and daily operations; greet drivers and ensure pre/post trip inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead safety discussions, conduct weekly safety meetings, and reinforce safe practices.
• Route new service starts, schedule deliveries, and review productivity reports to optimize routes.
• Communicate service requirements to drivers, address customer issues, and coordinate with sales as needed.
• Perform route observations for safety; ensure cans, bins, and gates are proper; document observations.
• Monitor driver time, inspections, and DOT hours; address vehicle repairs with maintenance.
• Track attendance, complete disciplinary actions, and participate in positive leadership initiatives.
• Support on-route coverage and assist drivers when schedules are tight.
