Responsibilities

• Review contracts before execution and flag discrepancies.
• Review shop drawings and submittals; assess wind uplift requirements.
• Ensure warranties, permits, and contracts are in place before materials release.
• Plan with field staff; coordinate with general contractor/homeowner.
• Schedule pre-planning sessions and roofing conferences.
• Coordinate work with clients and subcontractors; track changes.
