Baker Home Energy is seeking a Roofing Construction Manager to lead roofing projects from pre-construction through final completion, ensuring on-time delivery, safety, and quality. You will oversee field operations, manage schedules, labor, subcontractors, and materials, while coaching foremen and crews to meet performance standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical trade training preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of roofing construction experience; hands-on knowledge of roofing systems and production coordination.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory or foreman experience; experience with residential roofing and solar coordination a plus.
• Experience with roofing contracting, permitting, inspections, and manufacturer specifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead roofing projects from pre-construction through final completion.
• Manage project schedules, labor resources, subcontractors, materials, equipment, inspections, and permits.
• Direct and develop foremen, crews, and subcontractors; set performance expectations and accountability.
• Ensure installation quality, safety, and compliance with codes and company standards.
• Serve as roofing subject matter expert to Sales and Operations and deliver ongoing training.
