Qualifications
- Experience leading roofing projects from pre-construction to completion.
- Strong supervisory background with foremen and subcontractors.
- Knowledge of safety standards, codes, and quality control.
Responsibilities
- Lead roofing projects on time and on budget with high-quality workmanship.
- Direct and develop foremen, crews, and subcontractors; monitor productivity.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, codes, and standards.
- Promote safety, training, and incident reporting across teams.
- Maintain clear communication with customers, inspectors, and vendors.
- Provide roofing expertise to Sales and Operations and support sales enablement.
- Support estimating, planning, and change-order evaluations; drive improvements.
