Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required; college preferred.
• Experience: 5–7 years overall; 2–3 years in roofing.
• Certifications: OSHA-30; First Aid/CPR/Bloodborne pathogen training.
• Driver’s license required.
• English required; Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, proposals, and estimates; flag discrepancies.
• Review shop drawings and wind uplift requirements.
• Ensure permits, warranties, and contracts are in place before materials release.
• Coordinate with field staff, general contractors, and homeowners.
• Prepare costs, change orders, and cost reports.
• Maintain job site records and daily reports.
• Attend meetings and provide weekly cost status.
• Assist superintendent with materials, scheduling, and cost information.
