Job summary

Baker Home Exteriors, the residential division of Baker Roofing Company, seeks a driven Exterior Consultant to guide homeowners through major decisions in their neighborhoods. You will meet homeowners face-to-face, build your own pipeline, and follow a proven process from first contact to signed agreement.

We hire for attitude and teach the product. You can expect a base plus uncapped commission, employee ownership, and strong growth with on-site field work in the Asheville area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Professional appearance and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners face-to-face in assigned residential neighborhoods.
• Build a pipeline through referrals and community outreach.
• Follow a proven sales process from first conversation to signed agreement.
• Listen to homeowner needs and present honest recommendations and clear options.
• Inspect and assess roofs and exteriors; document conditions.
• Present pricing and financing options and close sales often on the first visit.
• Support customers through the full journey to project completion.
