Job summary

Roofing Talent America (RTA) in Omaha, NE seeks an Outside Sales Representative for residential roofing. You’ll earn 7% on company-generated leads and 10% on self-generated business, with a draw to build pipeline.

100% employee owned via ESOP, with a company truck, benefits and ongoing sales training. The Omaha division is brand-new, aiming to grow rapidly in a market with consistent storm activity.

Qualifications

• Proven consumer or B2C sales record.
• Comfortable self-generating business, not only from provided appointments.
• Coachable — roofing experience is preferred but can be taught.

Responsibilities

• Run company-generated residential leads from first appointment to signed contract.
• Generate own business through referrals, neighbourhoods and storm activity.
• Inspect and scope roofs as trained, present trusted solutions to homeowners.
• Build a referral base that keeps producing after project completion.
• Collaborate with production to ensure delivery aligns with sales.
