The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading, fast-growing roofing company to recruit Roofing Sales Representatives for the Omaha, NE team. This role offers uncapped commissions, comprehensive training, and a clear path for growth in a high-income sales environment.

Meet homeowners, conduct roof inspections (training provided), and guide clients through insurance and sales processes to close deals and build repeat business. Flexible field-based schedule with strong support.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing or construction is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong communication skills.
• No roofing experience required — paid training provided.
