Job summary

Roof Talent America (RTA) in Omaha, NE, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for commercial roofing. Base salary $65,000–$80,000 DOE plus commission, with 100% ESOP ownership and room to grow as the commercial sales organization expands.

You will own new commercial business in the Omaha market, develop accounts, and coordinate with operations to deliver on projects ranging from coatings restoration to single-ply solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial sales or business development with self-generated pipeline.
• Ability to build and manage client relationships across accounts.
• Strong networking and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own new commercial business across Omaha from first contact to close.
• Prospect proactively and develop accounts, not just inbound leads.
• Evaluate roofs credibly to sell coatings and single-ply solutions.
• Build partnerships with building owners and facility managers.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth delivery and service.
