Argus Community, Inc. is seeking a Re-entry Director - Residential to lead reintegration and alumni support within our residential programs in the Bronx.

You will bridge residential care and sustainable independent living by designing structured pathways, leading groups, and fostering an active alumni network in collaboration with Residential Program Directors. Qualifications

• 5+ years in addiction treatment, behavioral health, or reentry services.
• Experience with group facilitation and curriculum implementation.
• Experience in OASAS-certified or licensed residential settings.
• Leadership, networking, and community-building capabilities.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and harm reduction.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for partnerships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group therapy and educational sessions on reentry and life skills.
• Design reintegration workshops and transition plans for residents.
• Provide case oversight for discharge and long-term recovery.
• Build and manage an active Alumni Network with mentorship.
• Organize alumni gatherings and community reintegration events.
• Track engagement and outcomes to inform program improvements.
• Coordinate discharge planning with Residential Program Directors.
• Collaborate with clinical, case management, and vocational staff.
• Ensure activities and documentation align with OASAS standards.
• Assess housing needs and refer residents to safe housing options.
• Conduct post-discharge outreach for up to 30 days.
