Job summary

Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana seeks an energetic Reentry Support Specialist Lead to guide staff and shape residential programming. You will drive training, help with scheduling, and monitor performance to uphold quality service for residents.

The role collaborates with management on staff issues, ensuring consistent support for those rebuilding their lives across our Indiana sites. Strong leadership and a background in residential care are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree in social science preferred.
• Minimum of two years of direct residential experience preferred.
• First Aid & CPR certification is required and must be maintained.
• VOAOHIN will provide certification if not already obtained.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support staff training for residential programming.
• Assist with staff scheduling and performance, ensuring quality service.
• Collaborate with management on issues affecting residential staff.
