Job summary

Qualified candidates should have at least a High School Diploma or GED, with prior experience in a residential setting preferred. They will support clients in their recovery journey while ensuring safety and supervision during shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a residential setting preferred.
• Experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Recovery Coach, Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) or Personal Support Specialist (PSS) is desirable.
• Desire to work in a service capacity to support individuals in residential treatment for Substance Use Disorder.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the program during assigned shifts and assess the safety needs of residents.
• Act as a positive role model and provide guidance during non-treatment hours.
• Coordinate safety and supervision of clients outside of treatment hours.
