Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of individuals served in the program.
• Provide crisis management and mediation.
• Maintain shift communication logs.
• Perform safety checks during day and night shifts.
• Observe medication administration per policy.
• Support social recovery activities and resident-led processes.
• Assist with program food and supply needs and transportation as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, home-like environment for residents.
• Attend supervision and staff meetings and participate in trainings.
