Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in a residential setting preferred.
• Desirable CNA/Recovery Coach/BHP/PSS certifications.
• Genuine desire to work in a service capacity to support individuals in recovery.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety and supervision of residents during assigned shifts.
• Provide guidance and support during non-treatment hours.
• Monitor the distribution of medications during non-treatment hours.
• Coordinate safety, security and supervision outside treatment hours.
