Job summary

Community Partners NH seeks a Residential Assistant to support individuals in our recovery program. The RA enforces house rules, administers medications, and helps residents meet their recovery goals on 2nd and 3rd shifts. Full-time and part-time roles available.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, and CRSW certification or willingness to obtain it within a year. Strong communication and tech skills are required; sobriety is welcomed in our caring, nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CRSW certification mandatory or willingness to obtain within one year.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to utilize technology provided to perform job duties.
• Must show independent judgment and discretion within standard practice.

Responsibilities

• Enforce house rules and support residents in recovery goals.
• Administer medications per state regulations.
• Conduct random room searches and drug screens per policy.
