Job summary

SENHS, a division of Community Partners in Strafford County, is hiring a Residential Assistant to support individuals in their recovery goals within our residential program.

The RA will enforce house rules, administer medications, conduct random room searches and drug screens in compliance with state regulations. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, including second and third shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• CRSW certification mandatory or willingness to obtain in one year.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job.
• One year sobriety mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Enforce house rules and support individuals in meeting recovery goals.
• Administer medications and perform state-compliant drug screens.
• Complete random room searches in accordance with regulations.
• Shift coverage includes 2nd and 3rd shifts.
