Anew Behavioral Health in New Hampshire seeks a Certified Recovery Support Worker (CRSW) to support clients facing substance use and behavioral health needs. Under supervision of the primary counselor, you will deliver recovery support services, assist in goal setting, and help navigate treatment options.

Responsibilities include coordinating care with the treatment team, facilitating groups, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to HIPAA and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• The CRSW must have excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written), organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office and ability to utilize online EHR platforms.
• Recovery Coach training is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and provide care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, and client centered.
• Manage case assignments and collaborate with the treatment team in the development of recovery plans.
• Advocate for clients, assisting them in making informed decisions regarding their clinical status and treatment options.
• Collaborate with therapists, prescribers, nurses, clients, and client support network to ensure all client behavioral health needs are met.
• Facilitate groups as assigned, utilizing the provided evidence-based curriculum.
• Attend and participate in weekly clinical supervision.
• Collaborate with the integrated care team in the collection and packaging of urine drug screens (UDS).
• Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, certification requirements, and accreditation standards.
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards including HIPAA, 42 CFR, and agency policies.
• Promote a positive organizational culture aligned with the agency's values and mission.
• Other duties as assigned.
