ServiceMaster Restore in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Reconstruction Project Coordinator to organize documentation, assist with scheduling, and support estimating and insurance processes. You will ensure projects progress smoothly from start to finish and communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, insurers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Construction or reconstruction industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Xactimate and insurance restoration processes preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand reconstruction scopes, insurance estimates, and Xactimate estimates.
• Coordinate and manage details for multiple active reconstruction projects.
• Assist Project Managers and Production teams with scheduling, tracking, and admin tasks.
• Maintain production files (notes, photos, contracts, change orders, permits, insurance docs).
• Upload and organize project documentation in company software systems.
• Answer calls regarding new losses and assign projects to teams as needed.
• Create and maintain customer build selection sheets and finish schedules.
• Communicate updates with customers; monitor budgets and timelines.
• Assist with collections and obtaining final payments upon completion.
• Report progress and challenges to management; attend meetings.
