Job summary

MMS Group in Quincy, MA is seeking an experienced Recertification/Compliance Specialist for a 640-unit property. You will manage applicant interviews, determine eligibility, collect data, and ensure accurate income and rent calculations while coordinating compliance approvals.

The role involves move-in/move-out coordination, apartment inspections, file maintenance, and office support, including social media tasks. A strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of low-income, senior, or housing-related programs.
• Associate degree in Marketing and/or Business preferred.
• Certification in COS, TCS, MORS, BOS, CMH, or AHM preferred.
• Experience with RealPage OneSite or similar property management software; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain waiting list current and conduct applicant interviews.
• Coordinate on-site data collection and process resident information.
• Calculate income, assets, and rent levels accurately.
• Seek and obtain Compliance Department approval for new move-ins and recertifications.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out with maintenance and inspect apartments.
• Maintain resident files and assist with office tasks including social media.
