Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in residential property management or leasing preferred.
• Experience with affordable housing programs and tenant certifications preferred.
• Must obtain relevant property certifications (e.g., affordable housing, tax credit).

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to prospective residents, residents, vendors, and community members.
• Lease apartments by presenting features, amenities and neighborhood benefits.
• Respond to internet leads, answer inquiries, and conduct property tours.
• Execute sales and marketing strategies to drive traffic and maintain occupancy and revenue goals.
• Prepare, process and maintain all lease-related documentation.
• Track leasing data using company systems (OneSite).
• Ensure compliance with housing laws, including Fair Housing.
