GFL Industries seeks a Residential Driver to safely remove waste and recyclables on curbside or backdoor routes in Hillsboro, TX. You will operate a fully automated side loading truck, perform pre-trip inspections, and maintain route records with minimal supervision.

The role requires a valid CDL, a GED or high school diploma, and at least two years of driving experience or a CDL school certificate. Flexibility for overtime and adherence to safety policies are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED desired.
• Possess valid CDL.
• Minimum two (2) years of commercial driving experience OR CDL school certificate.
• Must be able to meet safety sensitive functions according to Company standards.
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to safely drive the truck and operate the equipment.

Responsabilités

• Operate automated side loading truck on assigned route.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and reports.
• Maintain route quality standards as directed.
• Maintain clean vehicle interior and exterior.
• Attend safety and branch meetings and perform other duties as required.
