Job summary

GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking a Residential Driver to safely collect solid waste and recyclables on curbside or backdoor routes. You will operate a residential/recycling truck, load materials, and maintain detailed route records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or desired.
• CDL with safe driving record required; ability to meet safety-sensitive criteria.

Responsibilities

• Operate residential/recycling collection trucks on assigned routes.
• Load waste/recyclables and operate hydraulic systems.
• Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and complete documentation.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report mechanical issues promptly.
• Follow safety policies and contribute to routing efficiency.
