Job summary

Precision Title Company in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a detail‑oriented Title Closer to manage the closing process for residential and commercial real estate. You will coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents, review disclosures, and ensure documents are signed, notarized, and recorded.

In this contract‑position, you will oversee escrow accounts, disburse funds after closing, resolve title issues, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations while delivering outstanding

Qualifications

Notary Public commission is required.
Experience in title, escrow, or real estate closing coordination is preferred.
Experience reviewing closing disclosures, settlement statements and lender closing documents is preferred.
Proficiency in Softpro Select title/escrow software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Coordinate closing logistics with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents.
Manage escrow accounts, including disbursing funds post-closing.
Ensure all required documents are signed, notarized, and properly recorded.
Address and resolve title or closing issues prior to settlement.
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
Provide outstanding customer service throughout the closing process.
