• Active Notary Public commission.
• Experience in title, escrow, or real estate closing coordination preferred.
• Proficiency with closing disclosures, settlement statements and lender documents preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, able to manage multiple closings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate closing logistics with buyers, sellers, lenders and agents.
• Manage escrow accounts and disburse funds post-closing.
• Ensure all documents are signed, notarized, and properly recorded.
• Address and resolve title or closing issues prior to settlement.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the closing process.
