Job summary

Community Solutions Inc. in Bloomfield, CT is hiring a Full-time 1st Shift Residential Re-Entry Specialist at Drapelick Center. You will perform urinalyses, monitor client movements, conduct intake, and document shift changes to maintain security and order.

The role requires a High School Diploma with 4 years in social services or criminal justice, a valid driver’s license, and FBOP background clearance with 40 hours of FBOP training prior to working with clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 4 years’ experience in the social service or criminal justice field.
• Ability to pass a Federal Bureau of Prisons background check.
• Willingness to complete 40 hours FBOP training prior to working with FBOP clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct urinalysis and document results.
• Supervise client visitations and sign in/out visitors.
• Complete intake on new arrivals and facilitate orientation.
• Conduct searches of common areas, rooms, and perimeters and document results.
• Transport clients as needed in a company vehicle and report incidents.
