Job summary

Founders 3 is seeking a Property Coordinator to join our Residential Property Management Team. This entry-to-mid level role provides mentoring and growth into a property management career, with opportunities to work closely with the Director of Residential Operations.

You will support maintenance scheduling, training tracking, vendor management and reporting across multiple properties, including onsite leasing support. Some Saturdays are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years’ experience in a professional, office environment.
• Strong customer service background preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with residential property managers to update preventative maintenance schedule monthly.
• Track new hire training and retraining and report progress to Director.
• Maintain residential building lists with location, staffing, units and amenities.
• Compile KPI and monthly leadership reports for properties.
• Manage vendor lists and assist in marketing campaigns.
• Onsite duties including leasing support and Saturday shifts as needed.
