Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in residential property management or leasing.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and support a team.
• Knowledge of residential leasing laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day property operations.
• Support leasing activities, including tours, applications, lease signings, and renewals.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and work orders promptly.
• Coordinate maintenance requests with vendors and staff.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and resident files.
• Assist with marketing and resident engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and property regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
