Job summary

• Knowledge of residential property management principles, methods and practices.
• Experience with housing programs (LIPH, LIHTC, PBRA) and HUD requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff, plans and reviews work, and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Oversees leasing, occupancy, and marketing activities to maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Conducts property inspections and ensures safety, cleanliness, and appearance.
