Knoxville's Community Development Corporation (KCDC) in Knoxville, TN seeks an Assistant Property Manager to oversee leasing, certifications, inspections, and tenant communications for a mixed portfolio of market rate, LIHTC, and Project Based Rental Assistance units.

The role emphasizes compliance with Fair Housing and regulations, coordinating with Regulatory and Compliance teams, and supporting marketing efforts to attract residents while maintaining NOI goals.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of residential property management principles, methods, and practices.
• Knowledge of housing programs such as LIHTC, PBRA, and market rate.
• Knowledge of marketing residential apartments.
• Knowledge of HUD/Housing laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of REAC standards and inspection practices.
• Ability to use MS Office and property management software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Maintain active applicant pool by updating waiting lists and minimizing vacancies.
• Lease apartments and conduct move-in processes with proper resident responsibilities communication.
• Organize and maintain resident files and resolve discrepancies with EIV reports.
• Finalize certifications and obtain signatures for annual and move-out processes.
• Prepare regular and special reports for the Property Manager.

Bachelor's Degree in business administration, public administration, social services, or related field

CPO, COS, or Bended Occupancy Specialist Certification (within 1 year)
