Job summary

Indigo Living is seeking a Residential Property Manager to oversee multifamily communities with a focus on leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations. You will coach staff, review reports, and ensure high occupancy and strong customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of supervisory experience and an associate degree in business or a related field. The role requires flexible hours, including some weekends, and collaboration across marketing and maintenance

• Two years' supervisory experience in multifamily communities.
• Associate degree in business or related field.
• Strong communication across phone, email, chat, social channels.
• Flexible schedule including some weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

• Recommend promoting Leasing Consultant to Assistant Manager after coaching.
• Review leasing reports to improve conversion to residents.
• Deescalate resident issues to maintain satisfaction (5-star reviews).
• Reprioritize maintenance team after issues like leaks.
• Collaborate with maintenance to reduce supply costs.
• Brainstorm with marketing on ideas (e.g., TikTok day in the life).
