• Deescalate resident issues to achieve high satisfaction (5-star Google reviews).
• Reprioritize maintenance tasks after incidents (e.g., water leaks).
• Collaborate with maintenance to reduce supplies expenses.
• Brainstorm with marketing on fresh community ideas (e.g., TikTok campaigns).
