Job summary

Indigo Living in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking an Assistant Residential Property Manager to support multifamily communities and lead leasing-related activities. You will coach staff, manage resident relations, and coordinate maintenance with an emphasis on efficiency and guest satisfaction.

This role requires ownership, clear communication across channels, flexibility including weekend coverage, and at least two years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Two years’ supervisory experience in multifamily communities.
• Associate degree in business or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Coach and promote Leasing Consultants to Assistant Manager after coaching.
• Review leasing reports to drive conversions.
• Deescalate resident issues to maintain 5-star reviews.
• Coordinate maintenance scheduling after incidents.
• Partner with maintenance to cut supply costs.
• Brainstorm marketing ideas, e.g. TikTok day-in-life.
