Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recommending a Leasing Consultant be promoted to an Assistant Manager after coaching to close skill gaps.
• Reviewing leasing reports to ensure the team converts prospects to future residents.
• Deescalating resident issues to achieve a 5-star Google review.
• Reprioritizing the maintenance team’s day after a water leak is discovered.
• Collaborating with maintenance to reduce supplies expenses.
• Brainstorming marketing ideas, e.g., 'a day in the life' video for TikTok.
