Indigo Living is seeking an Assistant Residential Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support leasing teams at multifamily communities. You’ll review leasing activity, deescalate resident issues, and work with maintenance to keep properties well-maintained.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of supervisory experience and an associate degree in business or a related field. Weekend flexibility and a focus on cost-effective operations are valued.

Responsibilities

• Review leasing reports to ensure the team converts prospects to residents.

• Collaborate with maintenance on reducing supplies expenses.
• Brainstorm and implement fresh community marketing ideas.
