The role focuses on residential property operations, Tenant file/lease administration, and Section 8/ HPD compliance, coordinating inspections, managing work orders, and tracking permits and building violations.

Qualifications

• Experience with residential property operations and lease administration.
• Knowledge of Section 8/HPD compliance processes.
• Ability to coordinate inspections and manage vendors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tenant files and support lease administration
• Handle Section 8/HPD documentation: certifications, recertifications, inspections
• Coordinate inspections and ensure timely follow-up
• Manage work orders, vendor activity, and permit/building violation tracking
• Support landlord-tenant workflows and compliance reporting
