Qualifications

• Strong IT/property management software skills; accurate data entry and reporting.
• Preferred experience with Yardi and/or AppFolio.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tenant files and support lease administration.
• Handle Section 8/HPD documentation: certifications, recertifications, inspections.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure timely follow-up.
• Manage work orders, vendor activity, and permit/building violation tracking.
• Support landlord-tenant workflows and compliance reporting.
