Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional point of contact for residents, vendors, and suppliers.
• Respond to resident questions, requests, and service-related concerns.
• Coordinate resident service issues with property staff and outside vendors.
• Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports.
• Track property expenses and support adherence to established budgets.
• Coordinate the purchasing of business-critical services, supplies, and equipment.
• Assist with property operations and preventive maintenance tracking.
• Support compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other applicable requirements.
• Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Work closely with teams across Operations, Leasing, Legal, Compliance, Construction, and Property Management.
