Our client, a well-established New York City real estate organization, is seeking a motivated Resident Property Associate to join their Residential Property Management team in Corona, Queens. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career professional who is interested in building a long-term career in real estate and property management. This role offers hands‑on exposure to multiple areas of the property management industry. The team is seeking someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, provides excellent resident service, and is interested in growing into a long-term career in real estate.

Salary/Hourly Rate

$24/hr

$55,000 - $62,500 Annually upon permanent conversion

Position Overview

The Resident Property Associate will provide administrative and operational support to a busy residential property management team while serving as a key point of contact for residents, vendors, and internal departments. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone professional, organized, customer-service-oriented, and genuinely interested in learning the real estate industry. The role offers exposure to Property Management, Leasing, Legal, Compliance, Construction, and Operations.

Required Experience/Skills For The Resident Property Associate
  • Strong interest in real estate and property management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working 100% onsite in Corona, Queens.
Preferred Experience/Skills For The Resident Property Associate
  • Previous administrative, customer service, property management, or real estate experience.
  • Familiarity with Yardi or other property management systems is a plus.
  • Recent college graduates with an interest in starting a career in real estate are encouraged to apply.
