Job summary

Rose Associates, Inc. seeks an Assistant Property Manager for its multifamily properties in New York. You will support the Property Manager with day-to-day operations, resident relations, lease administration, and reporting.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in business/real estate/finance, 3+ years in multifamily management, and proficiency with Yardi, RentCafe, and Office tools. NY real estate license or ability to obtain within 120 days preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or finance is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of multifamily or assistant property management experience.
• Proficiency in property management software including Yardi, RentCafe, Elise AI, On-Site.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between ownership and residents, including drafting and distributing resident communications.
• Foster positive relationships among residents, management, and building staff.
• Manage lease administration, data entry into property management software, calendar management, and accounts payable/receivable processing.
• Prepare monthly reports and monitor delinquency.
• Coordinate Move In/Move Out and security deposit refunds.
• Assist Property Manager with budget forecasting and emergencies.
