Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• May be required to hold HVAC certifications (e.g., EPA).
• Proactive and self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policy and safety standards.
• Conducts make-ready process for vacant units, coordinating inspections and punch lists.
• Manages materials and inventory, communicates re-order needs to maintenance supervisor.
• Documents work performed promptly and accurately for record-keeping.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, performs cleaning and basic repairs as needed.
• Assists in safety compliance and contractor oversight when required.
